The Agreement

These General Conditions will apply to all products offered by the Pamplona City Council on this website, as well as to the delivery of goods and services marketed by the Pamplona City Council on the visitor portal https://visitas.pamplona.es

These General Conditions will be in force for all goods and services offered, and may be modified without prior notice, without affecting the changes to purchases already made up to that point.

Formalization of the Purchase

The purchase of the products offered on the website is done by selecting the chosen products, which will be included in the shopping cart. Once the selection is complete, the purchase will continue by filling in the personal data (depending on each case) for the issuance of the invoice and the credit card details to make the payment for the products. By finally accepting the purchase made, the final purchase of the selected products will be made and the payment method will be selected (Credit Card or Bizum).

Intellectual Property

The texts (information, concepts, opinions and other similar elements) and graphic elements (design, logos, source code and other similar elements) that constitute the Portal and disseminated through it, as well as their presentation and assembly, are the exclusive property of THE TORRE PLATFORM, S.L.U. or it holds the exploitation rights of these through agreements with third parties. All trade names, brands or distinctive signs, logos, symbols, mixed, figurative or nominative brands that appear on this Portal belong to THE TORRE PLATFORM, S.L.U. or has, upon prior authorization, the right to use them and they are protected by the current legislation on the matter.

The viewing, printing and downloading (in any case partial of the content of the website) is only authorized if it is done for personal and private use, without commercial purposes.

Incidents with the ticket sales service

Any incident related to the use and operation of the reservation / purchase and gift system must be reported to the email address visitas@pamplona.es

Data protection policy

In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in Regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, we inform you that you can send a letter at any time and free of charge to THE TORRE PLATFORM, S.L.U. at Calle Portillejo, number 2, bajo Logroño 26007, attaching a photocopy of your identity document, to request your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, portability of your data.

In addition, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, through the following address: Spanish Data Protection Agency, C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001-Madrid, when the interested party considers that THE TORRE PLATFORM, S.L.U. has violated the rights recognized by the applicable data protection regulations.

We also inform you that THE TORRE PLATFORM, S.L.U., is responsible for processing this data and manages the reservation/ticket sales platform.

Completing all the fields in this form is mandatory and implies your express consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated. In the event that the form must include personal data relating to natural persons other than the person completing this form, they must be informed of the details contained in the preceding paragraphs and the Privacy Policy prior to their inclusion.

Modifications to the conditions and the website

THE TORRE PLATFORM, S.L.U. reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to these conditions, the website and the services provided at any time without prior notice. Consequently, THE TORRE PLATFORM, S.L.U. may change, delete or add both the content and the services provided through the website, as well as the way the website is presented or located, and may even temporarily or permanently suspend its operation.
